Shipping Policy
At Position 1 Performance, we understand that getting your parts quickly is important. We work hard to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CST) on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day, provided all items are in stock and ready to ship.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
While we make every effort to ship qualifying orders the same day, same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may be affected by inventory availability, order volume, weather conditions, carrier service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Inventory Availability
Most products are stocked and ready to ship. However, some products may be:
- Special-order items
- Custom-built products
- Drop-shipped from a manufacturer or supplier
- Temporarily out of stock
If an item is unavailable or requires additional processing time, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.
Position 1 Performance is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service interruptions
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Refused shipments
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Freight Shipments
Certain oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping. Customers should inspect all freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing for the shipment.
Any freight damage or shortages must be reported to Position 1 Performance within 48 hours of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect addresses, package rerouting, refused shipments, or returned shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Position 1 Performance ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or is missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with initiating a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Please retain all original packaging and damaged products, as they may be required during the claims process.
