Warranty Information
All Warranties offered are only applicable to the original purchaser within 1 year of the product's purchase date. Any offered and applicable warranties are void once the product changes ownership or the product is disassembled/tampered with. Offered and applicable warranties cover defects in parts and workmanship. Warranties do not cover events such as installer error, lack of maintenance, abuse, oil contamination, improper storage, damage due to restricted oil return/feed lines, thrust/journal bearing failure due to excessive turbo speed/improper turbo load, insufficient/improper air intake, boost leaks, malfunctioning sensors, improper tuning, excessive heat, and foreign debris.
Position 1 Performance will not be liable for towing charges, rental car/trucks, travel/lodging expenses, labor, loss of income, or any other claims for special, indirect, or consequential damages and losses that may arise under provisions of this warranty.
Position 1 Performance reserves the right to void all warranties in the event of libel, slander, and infringement. Including but not limited to Social Media networks.
All warranties must be sent to Position 1 Performance after the proper warranty form completion within the one year of receipt before any warranty conclusions can be made. Position 1 Performance is not responsible for any shipping/delivery charges incurred in the event of a warranty claim. Position 1 Performance will perform a failure analysis to determine the root cause of the failure. If it is determined to be our workmanship or defective parts used upon original build the turbocharger will be repaired or provided with a replacement in the circumstance that it is irreparable.
